Sanjar Nuralievich Kaparov has extensive experience in the field of management and finance. He graduated from the National University of the Kyrgyz Republic named after J. Balasagyn, where he received a master's degree in Finance and Credit, as well as the Kyrgyz-Turkish University of Manas with a bachelor's degree in the same specialty.

In his career, he has held key management positions in organizations such as «Kant TSP» LLC and «TechnoLin» LLC, where he was both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer. His responsibilities included overall management of the organization, oversight of all financial operations, financial planning and preparation of various types of reports.
